GORGEOUS CAP CLASSIQUE SPARKLING

Crafted in the traditional Method Cap Classique style, Gorgeous is superbly luscious in character yet refreshingly elegant and beautifully balanced. Both gorgeous in name and nature, it's a must for any bubbly lover's repertoire.

Produced from vineyards throughout the cooler Western Cape regions.

Harvest commenced in January with the varietals being handpicked. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinotage were pressed separately, with fractional recovery on the whole bunches that ensures the cuvee juice is kept separate from the press fractions. All components are fermented in stainless steel at 14 to l6°C.
